Family Works Inc will refund the purchase price of any Parenting Wisely program that fails to produce positive results*.

* Positive results mean either child behavior problems improve (decrease in frequency and/or severity), or family relationships improve, or parenting skills increase. Results must be demonstrated by the use of a valid, objective measure of these criteria. Acceptable measures include those provided with the Parenting Wisely program, or other established assessment tools, using a pre-test and post-test format.
